Over the last few months we’ve shared in this space how we at Play-a-Round Golf conduct business to ensure that what we do is guided by the “how” of our values.
Centuries ago an entrepreneur sent a letter to a small group and explained how they should care for one another. We want our business to care for you in that same way. The author suggested they (and we) need to have:
- Patience – We give our efforts time to go deep into the soil to produce the desired results and not give up easily.
- Kindness – We seek to treat you with respect and to delight you whenever we can.
- Honesty – We tell the truth especially when it hurts by pointing out mistakes we have made or limitations of our product. We call it owning the consequences.
- Humility – We do what we can with what we have when we can without embellishment.
- Perseverance – We keep on keeping on.
- Integrity – We work to ensure that we uphold these values in every situation.
We want to care and serve you the best way we can and we believe that these values will help us achieve our goal. How do you serve your customers?
