People like to get together and have fun, build relationships, and catchup. We’ve been helping Guests host outings at Play-a-Round for almost 20 years. Here are a few of outings we’ve hosted: fundraisers, sales meetings, family reunions, team building, youth group socials, sport team celebrations, football drafts. and many, many more.

Outings are a great way to get away for a little fun with friends or family or raise awareness or funds for your organization.
- Easy to Manage – We handle scheduling, scoring, and optionally securing prizes, food & beverages, and payment options, leaving you fewer tasks for you.
- Rain or Shine – There’s no need to book a rain date.
- Convenient – Our indoor golf centers are located in convenient shopping centers with plenty of parking.

Our goal is to make it easy for you to host your outing by…
- Providing an Outing Landing Page to share information about your organization/outing
- Facilitate registration and check-in
- Enable your guests to pay
- Provide registration report to facilitate check-in
- Demonstrate simulator use as needed
- Assist with Food & Beverages
- Track of scores for prizes, including closest-to-the-pin, longest drive, and more.

- Rental equipment as needed
- Ice and cooler for your BYO beverages and food
- Duration: Approximately 2 1/2 hours
- Costs: From $25 pp
*For safety reasons, we restrict simulator usage to five people per simulator.
